Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation before the product has been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, call our customer support immediately at 094494 18783.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of food and spice products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product packaging was damaged or tampered with upon delivery.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package with unboxing photos/videos at info@meenakshispices.online or WhatsApp 094494 18783.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
